My new archenemy

For those who hate me, well unfortunately, I'm still alive after my 18th birthday yesterday. But I've made myself a new enemy.
I booked a table for nine at a Belgian restaurant I always liked but they kicked us out. 
Reason being they were half a bar, half a restaurant, and we had a few people under 18 with us. I have been to this restaurant with my family and friends several times while I was still 17 and they never informed me when I reserved the table either. Feeling discouraged and embarrassed after I had a talk with the restaurant manager, we walked out and found another half-bar, half-restaurant place which took us in wholeheartedly. (After all, with nine of us, we spent over $300 NZD.) So that Belgian restaurant is now my archenemy for giving my birthday night a sad start. (Even though I would still go again with my family. 
) Well good thing I made the right decision to meet up early for dinner at 5.30 pm before most of the restaurants filled up.

Overall though, it was a great day. As opposed to the big rain and wind as the weather forecast predicted, we had relatively good weather throughout the day; and definitely no tornado like Mum said there would be. I had lots of fun, lots of laughter and lots of presents. I also lost my single status and my young 17 youth; I don't know if that was anything to be happy about but I'm just glad to be still alive to face my mathematics test tomorrow (no shit).
(What I learnt today: "STFU" does not stand for "stuff you" 
)

Well, I'm glad the birthday went well! Even if the Belgian restaurant was evil. Ha ha. And yay on being adulty and non-single! Although, now you can't be naughty at the clubs with the other boys, with your boy a step behind you.

I know I'm really late for this but anyways: Happy Birthday you! It's great that you had lots of fun on your first birthday celebration. And also, the 'no-more-single' status part - I think it "should" be a something to be happy about.. if not, you probably wouldn't change your status would you? =)

I'm glad it wasn't cursed either =P although sometimes the bad curses or omens people take in a positive light... I can't exactly remember why, but something bad is supposed to represent something... good. Oh man, I should research what I"m saying first hahaha. It's just something I heard.

I know what "STFU" means, regularly use it, but in my head it's still said like "stuffoo" with the first bit shorter and quicker than the last. Madness. -
