The Truth About Romance In Uni

Don't you just love being single? You can play, all you want, with one guy, two guys, three girls, four girls. And no one has the right to come bite your head off afterwards.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you think coming to uni means more/bigger fish in the sea, I tell you: you're wrong!
There are two types of good looking guys in uni:
- Taken
- Gay
And three types of good looking girls in uni:
- Taken
- Thick make-up i.e. they're actually not good looking
- Smoke-addict
So then you wish for the un-single good looking people to break-up. You wait... and you wait. Cause you have that wonderful virtue of patience! Then...
OMG their Bebo status is now "Single"! ZOMG! In disbelief, you rub your eyes, it's still "Single"! You refresh the page to make sure, it's still "Single"! Then you gather all your guts into a tight little blob and happily trot along to present the confession of your life, only to hear that within the mere timespan between your last refresh of the page and your confession, the status already changed to "In a Relationship".
Sorry guys, limited edition items are high in demand. You gotta get it FAST! If you can't be fast, be FASTER!
But then you tell me, "goddammit bitch stop being so superficial! It's about the personality!"
Well I'll tell you what. When you're amongst that sea of unknown people, you can just dream on if you wish to identify the people with good personality. They don't create personality tags you can sew to your jumper to show off to everyone. 'Unique' personality is the newest BS. You're just like everyone else and everyone else is just like you.
I fell down the stairs at uni at least three times in the first week of this semester. Aside from friends, no one ever came around to ask if I was ok. Try finding someone with good personality.

When you fail to differentiate those with good personality from those with bad personality, you necessarily go for first impression. In such circumstances unless you're blind, first impression is most probably looks. We live in a superficial world, I'm sorry to say.
